Welcome to the World of the Marcus Brothers

We’re Bradley and Kevin Marcus — identical twin brothers, screenwriters, producers, novelists, artists, songwriters, lifelong movie lovers, and proud producers of the Saturn Awards.

For as long as we can remember, our lives have revolved around imagination. Movies, television, science fiction, fantasy, horror, adventure, comic books, music, monsters, heroes, villains, impossible worlds, and larger-than-life characters didn’t just entertain us — they shaped the way we saw the world.

We grew up believing stories could transport you, thrill you, scare you, make you laugh, break your heart, and sometimes even make the impossible feel strangely possible. That belief has never left us.

As the Marcus Brothers, we have spent our creative lives developing and writing screenplays, novels, songs, artwork, and original concepts across multiple genres — from epic science fiction and supernatural thrillers to fantasy adventures, horror, action-comedies, young adult stories, and character-driven mysteries. Our work is fueled by a love of classic storytelling, cinematic spectacle, emotional stakes, sharp dialogue, and the kind of big, imaginative ideas that made us fall in love with movies in the first place.

We are also deeply proud of our longtime involvement with the Saturn Awards, celebrating the very best in science fiction, fantasy, horror, action, adventure, and genre entertainment. The Saturns have allowed us to honor many of the artists, filmmakers, actors, writers, and dreamers who inspired us — while helping champion the kind of storytelling we love most.

This website is our creative archive, showcase, playground, and ongoing journal.

Here you’ll find our screenwriting projects, novels, artwork, music, Saturn Awards memories, behind-the-scenes photos, personal stories, industry adventures, blog entries, new creative experiments, and probably a few surprises along the way.

Some of it is polished. Some of it is in progress. Some of it is strange. Hopefully, all of it is alive with the same sense of wonder, mischief, emotion, and imagination that has driven us since childhood.

We’ve always believed that great stories begin with a spark — a strange idea, a haunting image, a funny title, a dream, a nightmare, a “what if?” that refuses to go away.

This is where we keep those sparks burning.
